Ronit is a senior partner in the commercial and high tech international department of the firm and represents a lot of startups, hubs, labs, angels and VC funds. she is an expert in Sports tech, food tech, agro-tech, travel tech, and construct-tech as well as AI and big data. She is providing her clients full service of commercial agreements and investment agreements.
Ronit heads the antitrust team of the firm and devotes a great deal of her practice to the representation of Israeli and international clients in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation. Her experience in this area includes counseling in the nuances of Israeli antitrust and trade law and the intricacies of the Israeli government agencies which deal with these issues. Ronit has counseled clients on antitrust issues which arise in the context of mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and tender offers. She has worked extensively with the Israeli antitrust authority, applying for rulings, approvals, and exemptions. She represents clients in monopoly and restrictive trade practice situations, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and criminal proceedings.
Ronit heads the Sports department and the Sports tech department
of the firm.
She has a vast experience in being the “Israeli lawyer” of Coca-Cola Israeli real estate clients who operate abroad and sell real estate assets to Israelis.
Ronit represents companies such as Unilever, Knafaim, Pizza Hut, the basketball association, Glidat Strauss, Coca Cola, KONE, Isralift, Nike, Visa Cal, Israel Post, Leumi partners. Hapoalim Bank, Discount Bank, Ormond Gypsum, Minrav, El-Al, John Deere, Carolina Lemke, wave group and others in their antitrust matters and recent merger transactions in Israel. Ronit became a partner in Yigal Arnon & Co. as a partner in 1999.
Ronit received her law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1991.
Ronit was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993.
