Assist23 is building the decision intelligence layer for coaches. While coaches shape performance, culture, and game outcomes, their own decision making is rarely measured, structured, or improved with data. Assist23's AI first platform turns game video, coach audio, transcripts, and key game moments into actionable post game insights. Starting with basketball, it helps coaches reduce debriefing time, reflect on critical decisions, identify learning opportunities, and improve their decision making over time. The MVP is built, operational, and currently at TRL 6, demonstrated in a relevant environment and tested by four basketball design partners. Unlike player analytics tools, Assist23 focuses entirely on the coach.
