Founded in 2021 by CEO Tamir Rahamim, GainGuard provides casual and professional athletes with an AI-based wearable that delivers simple, real-time insights from injury risk to personal progress curves. The app tells users which type of workout best fits their condition and goal, with a focus on doing sports safer and more efficiently. The product grew out of the founders' firsthand experience with personal injuries, and the company pairs high-performance sensing wearables with its own algorithms.
